Ryan Tughan   /    Owner - President - Journeyman

Ryan moved from Michigan to the Great Northwest in 1989.  Shortly after graduation, he began his career in the electrical field.

Ryan takes pride in his work and his crew who are all reputable, reliable and responsive.  He has positive, lasting relationships with hundreds of satisfied homeowners and countless home building and remodeling contractors and inspectors.  Customer satisfaction is his #1 priority.

When not working, Ryan spends time with his family and friends and coaching his son’s wrestling team. ​

Stephanie Waldbauer   /    Office Administrator

Growing up, Stephanie moved frequently, living along the West Coast and in western Washington. She settled in Yakama for many years to raise her four children.
In early 2021, Bonney Lake became their new home.  Being a Washington Native, she feels at home here.
 
Stephanie has been an administrator for about 10 years, with a large portion of those years in different areas of construction. She loves the different facets of administration, is helpful in any way she can, and learns as much as possible.
 
In her free time, she kayaks, goes on road trips, sings, listens to live music, and spends time with her family.

Ryan Darrow   /    Journeyman

Ryan was born and raised right here in the Pacific Northwest. Before entering the electrical field, Ryan served as an Aircraft Supervisor for ten years.
 
This last decade, Ryan switched gears and took on learning the residential electrical trade. As a Journeyman, he is a leader in working on residential home projects. He takes pride in treating every job, big or small, with the same respect as if it were his home.
 
Ryan’s off-time activities include spending time with friends and family, watching his kids’ sporting events, traveling, camping, and playing disc golf.

Doug Loiseau   /    Journeyman

Armed with a graphic design degree from ITT, Doug embarked on a unique journey 17 years ago, transitioning from the central coast of California to Washington. His path led him to spend 5 years on a crabbing boat in Alaska before finding his true calling in the electrical field.

Doug is skilled in all aspects of residential electrical work. Although he favors new construction, he enjoys lighting up people’s lives with any projects.
​
When not on the job, Doug enjoys fishing and crabbing, as well as building computers and skate ramps
with his son.

Steven Rieve   /    Journeyman

Steven is a true native Washingtonian, calling Maple Valley his home. After joining our team, he quickly settled into the electrical trade, getting an education from the ground up. He works side by side with our journeymen, learning valuable skills. He likes remodeling work best.  

Camping, serving as a wrestling coach, or working on his Jeep are things he enjoys.​

Seth White   /    Journeyman

Seth grew up near Ft. Worth, TX but has called Washington home for nearly 20 years.

Prior to becoming an electrician about 10 years ago, he worked as an EMT. He and his wife reside in Buckley with their chocolate lab Gus.

Seth’s hobbies are hunting, hiking, and enjoying the great outdoors.

Tyson Maine   /    Journeyman

Tyson is a Washington native, and has called Enumclaw home for the past decade. He started his electrical career in 2016.

As a young dad Tyson is hoping to learn and excel throughout the years.

Outside of work Tyson enjoys many hobbies outdoors with his kids including skiing, hunting, baseball, and camping.

Zach Jensen   /    Journeyman

Although Zach was born in Texas, North Bend has been his home for most of his life. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in automotive from Lake Washington Tech School. For eight years, he worked as a mechanic; 6 years were spent building rally cars and working on race teams.

Zach was drawn to the electrical field mainly because work is plentiful and an excellent field to grow financially. He most enjoys new construction and seeing a project from start to finish. 

Many hobbies take up his spare time, such as dirt biking and riding stand-up jet skis.​​

Zachary McKee   /    Apprentice

Zachary is a Washington native who was born and raised in King County. Zachary chose the electrical field because he loves to work with his hands and learn new things. He feels it’s an exciting trade with many various avenues and facets for him to explore!

After graduating from Issaquah High School, Zachary attended Montana State University as a business accounting student. He hopes to become a proficient journeyman electrician and eventually build his own business.

​In his free time, Zachary loves camping, hunting, and exploring the outdoors. He also works on projects around the house and loves to play with his dogs, Kiska and Ellie!

Austin Willson   /    Apprentice

Austin has always called Washington his home. He was born and raised in Enumclaw. While majoring in Business Management, he also played baseball in college. Austin chose to work in the electrical field, knowing electricity would always be necessary. Being an electrician gives him the security to support his family and the satisfaction of helping homeowners.
 
When Austin is not serving customers, he hunts big game and fish. He plays competitive softball and spends most of his time with his beautiful daughter and girlfriend.

Cyrus Comia   /    Apprentice

Cyrus is from Maple Valley Washington, graduated from Tahoma High School, and currently pursuing a BAS in Applied Management at Green River College.

He is a 1-year apprentice excited to learn and master the skills of the residential electrical trade. When Cyrus isn't at work he is a youth leader at his church, and loves to hunt, fish, and lift weights.

Carter Tughan   /    Apprentice (Seasonal Employee)

Carter is from Maple Valley, Washington, and is attending Tahoma Senior High School, currently going into his junior year. 
He is an apprentice excited to learn more about the trade.

When he’s not working, he enjoys activities like wrestling, which he does at Tahoma, and golfing.

Cannon Lambro   /    Apprentice

Cannon has just recently graduated from Tahoma High School. He is born and raised in Washington and calls Maple Valley his home. Cannon is just starting his apprenticeship as he hopes to become a journeyman.

When he’s not in the field working, he loves to do outdoor activities with friends, such as Golf, Surfing, and Basketball.

Jacob Bathurst   /    Apprentice

Jacob lives in Covington and has been a Washington native for my whole life of 25 years. 

​His hobbies are watching and playing sports, such as football, golf, and basketball.

Camden Fickel   /    Apprentice

Camden graduated from Tahoma High School in 2024 and has lived in Maple Valley for his entire life. He has been in the trade for about a year and enjoys learning all aspects of it.
​

He also enjoys skiing, playing basketball, and working out at the gym.
